Drawings and licences
Working with the architect and the town hall, so the licence is in hand before anything is knocked down rather than after.

Half of what we do never appears in a listing. We renovate houses, extend them, and build them from the plot up, with our own people on site and one person you call.

Most owners here are not in Spain while the work happens. That is the whole problem with building at a distance: quotes in a language you half read, trades who answer to nobody, and a project that quietly stops in August. We run the site instead, and report in your language.
We have done this for more than five hundred projects on this coast, from a kitchen and a bathroom to a house on an empty plot. The same team that sells and manages houses here handles the building, which is why we can tell you before you buy what a place will cost to put right.

A written breakdown by trade in your own language, with what is included and what is not, so two quotes can actually be compared.
Builders, plumbers, electricians and tilers we work with every week, scheduled in the right order and answering to our site manager.
Progress sent to you wherever you are, so the first time you see the work is not the day you fly in.
The address or the listing, and a line about what you have in mind. We will come back with what is realistic and roughly what it costs. The first visit is free.
