We keep your pool clean and the water in balance, all year or during the season, so it is ready to use when you or your guests arrive.
What it covers
A clean pool whenever you arrive
A pool needs regular care, especially in summer. Without it, the water can turn green within a few days in the heat, and a problem with the pump or filter often goes unnoticed until the repair is much more expensive.
We visit the pool on a fixed schedule. We test and correct the water, clean the pool and check the equipment, so small problems are found early.
The schedule depends on the pool, the season and how the house is used. If the house is rented out, we plan the visits around the changeovers.

What pool maintenance includes
Cleaning
Skimming, brushing the walls and floor, vacuuming and emptying the skimmer and pump baskets.
Pump and filter
The pump and filter checked, the filter backwashed, and the system running as it should.
Salt system and timer
The salt cell and the filtration timer checked, and the running hours adjusted to the season.
Opening and closing
The pool made ready at the start of the season and prepared for winter at the end.
Repairs
A leak, a pump that fails or a broken light: you receive a quote first, and our own team carries out the repair.

The pool through the year
- Summer
- Heat, sun and frequent use. This is when the water needs the most attention, and usually when the visits are most frequent.
- Winter
- A pool left without treatment all winter often has to be emptied and refilled in spring. Treating the water with fewer visits in winter is usually cheaper.
- Pine needles and leaves
- In areas with pines and other trees, needles and leaves end up in the pool all year. A cover and regular skimming make a big difference.
- Water restrictions
- During droughts, Catalonia has restricted filling pools with mains water. We follow the rules in force and tell you what they mean for your pool.
- Before you arrive
- Give us your dates and we will make sure the pool is clean and the water is right on the day you arrive.

Questions about pool maintenance
Do you maintain pools all year?
Yes, if you want us to. Some owners choose regular visits in the season and fewer in winter. Others want the same care all year because they also come outside the summer.
How often do you come in summer?
Usually once a week, and more often if the pool is used a lot or the house is rented out. We agree this with you.
Do you maintain salt pools?
Yes, we maintain both chlorine and salt pools. With a salt pool we also check the salt cell, which wears out over time.
What if the pump or filter fails?
We tell you what is wrong and what it costs before we do anything. The repair is carried out by our own team.
Can you get the pool ready before we arrive?
Yes. Give us your dates and the pool will be clean and the water right on the day you arrive.
Can I combine it with garden maintenance?
Yes. Many owners combine pool and garden maintenance, so one team looks after the whole outside of the house.
