We keep your keys at our office. They are labelled with a code rather than your address, and we record every time they leave the office and come back.
With your keys at our office, we can let in a plumber or a delivery, welcome your guests, and go and look if the alarm company or a neighbour contacts us.

You bring a complete set of keys to the office. We register it under a code.

You tell us who may receive the keys or be let in, and how you want to be informed.

From then on, you can call or message us whenever someone needs to get into the house.

- Alarm
- If the house has an alarm, register us with the alarm company as a contact person. They can then call us directly.
- A complete set
- Leave us a complete, labelled set: front door, gate, garage and any padlocks, and the remote controls if the gate or garage door is electric.
- Insurance
- Some home insurance policies set conditions for houses that are empty for long periods. Check your policy. Regular inspections can be part of our property management.

Is it safe to leave my keys with you?
Your keys are kept at the office, labelled with a code rather than your address, and every time they are used is recorded.
Can you let in someone I have arranged myself?
Yes. Tell us who is coming and when, and we will let them in and lock up afterwards.
What happens in an emergency?
We go to the house, make it safe and call you with what we found and what is needed to fix it. Where necessary, we stop the damage first and inform you straight away.
Can I get my keys back?
Of course. You can collect them at the office, or we hand them to someone you name.
Do you also check the house?
Key holding is about access. Regular inspections are part of our property management, and the two are easy to combine.
