Buying and selling
Valuations, viewings, negotiation and the paperwork through to the notary, for buyers and sellers alike.

We buy, sell, build and look after houses between Begur and Sant Feliu de Guíxols. From one office in Sant Antoni de Calonge, in six languages.

Quality Estates started as an estate agency and kept adding whatever owners actually needed. First selling houses, then looking after them, then maintaining them, then building and renovating them.
That order matters. We did not decide to be a full-service company; we became one because the people who bought a house here kept asking us who they should call, and the honest answer was usually nobody they could find.
Most agencies stop at the notary. We are still there years later, which changes how we advise people at the start.
Valuations, viewings, negotiation and the paperwork through to the notary, for buyers and sellers alike.
Key holding, inspections, cleaning, pool and garden, and the holiday rental if you want the house to earn.
New kitchens, extensions, pools and full renovations, with our own team and a quote before anything starts.

The office is small on purpose. You get a name and a mobile number rather than a ticket, and the person who showed you the house is the person who answers when the boiler fails two winters later.
Between us we work in English, Spanish, Catalan, French, German and Dutch, which matters when the paperwork is in Spanish and the mortgage is in another country.
Work with us
Numbers do not sell houses, but they do tell you whether an agency has been here long enough to know which streets flood and which builders turn up.
We work the stretch between Begur and Sant Feliu de Guíxols, including Palamós, Calonge, Sant Antoni, Platja d’Aro and Santa Cristina d’Aro. It is a deliberate limit: we would rather know one coast well than five badly.
