What does it cost to sell through you?
Commission is agreed in writing before anything starts, and it comes out of the sale. Ask us and we will tell you plainly.
What do I need before selling?
Deeds, the energy certificate, recent bills and the community details. We will tell you exactly what is missing and help you get it.
How long does a sale take?
It depends on the price and the property. A realistically priced house on this coast usually finds a buyer within a season.
