What it covers
A clean house, ready when you arrive
A house that has been closed for weeks needs airing and cleaning before it feels like home again. With a clean before your arrival, you can start your stay straight away.
For holiday rentals we take care of the changeovers: beds changed, bathrooms and kitchen cleaned, laundry collected and returned. If something is broken or missing, we let you know.
We also do a thorough clean at the start or end of the season, and after building or renovation work.

Departure cleans
After you leave, we clean the house, close the shutters and leave everything as agreed.
Changeovers
Between guests, on the day itself, following a fixed checklist.
Deep cleaning
Windows, cupboards, kitchen appliances and terraces, at the start or end of the season.
Laundry
Bed linen and towels collected, washed and back in the cupboard before the next arrival.
Reports
If we notice damage, something missing or supplies running low, you hear from us, with photos.

Good to know
- Changeover days
- In summer many holiday rentals change on the same day of the week. Send us your booking calendar early, so we can plan the changeovers.
- Bed linen
- For rentals you can use your own linen, which we keep laundered, or we can arrange linen for you.
- Supplies
- Toilet paper, soap and cleaning products: agree with us whether we top them up, so guests always find what they need.

Questions about cleaning
Can you clean before we arrive?
Yes, that is the most common request. Give us your dates and the house will be aired, clean and ready.
Do you provide bed linen and towels?
We can arrange linen for rentals, or use yours and keep it laundered. Whatever suits the house.
Can you do a changeover on the same day?
Yes. In summer, same-day changeovers are normal, and we plan the season in advance.
Do we need to be there?
No. If we hold your keys, we can clean whether you are there or not.
Do you also clean after building work?
Yes. After a renovation we clean the house thoroughly, so you can move back in straight away.
What if guests leave the house in a bad state?
We tell you straight away, with photos, so you can take it up with the guests or the booking platform.
