The site presents properties for sale on the Costa Brava and the services Quality Estates offers to owners. Using it means accepting what is written on this page.

Property details, measurements, prices and photographs come from our own records and from the owners of the properties. We keep them as accurate as we can, but they are a description and not an offer, and they can change or be withdrawn without notice.

Nothing on this site is a contract. Measurements and boundaries should be confirmed by your surveyor and your lawyer before you commit to anything, and so should the legal and planning position of any property.

Where a property has no energy certificate, or the certificate is still being prepared, the listing says so rather than leaving it blank.

You may read, print and save pages of this site for your own use. You may not copy the photographs, the text or the property descriptions for publication elsewhere without asking us first.

The design, the text and the photographs on this site belong to Quality Estates or to the people we licensed them from. Property photographs may belong to the owner of the property.
